Ode to Frazetta

While I'm on my little adventure to Frazettasizing Pokemon, I was browsing around in my folders for older works to help inspire me and I almost forgot I did this one. This one's actually a small part of a much larger project that's yet to be finished but I loved doing this one because it helped me get around to doing one of the coolest things I've always wanted to draw-- a Frazetta style vignette with large cats.

The big cats aren't supposed to look like anything 'normal' so the weird look to them was intentional. This one was ALOT of fun and I wish I could do alot more like it (it's the big cats really... it's like my secret pleasure, drawing big cats!)

So I decided to post it up, have everyone and anyone take a look at something several months old. Gawwwsh I hope to do something like this again soon.

I hadn't had this much fun with pencils in the longest time...
